Return & refund policy
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unworn and unwashed, in resellable condition, with the original tags still attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. After submitting your return request, you have 14 days to send back your items.
We do not offer direct exchanges. Want to exchange an item? You can return your order for a refund or choose a store credit with added value.

All returns must be registered first. Please contact support@nouramodest.com to receive the return address and detailed return instructions.
WHAT ARE MY REFUND OPTIONS?
Refund to Store Credit:
Receive your refund faster and with a bonus! Choose a digital gift card and get 15% extra store credit. This is the fastest way to receive your refund. Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, you will receive your gift card by email within 2–3 business days. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
Refund to Original Payment Method:
Prefer a refund to your original payment method? This usually takes 7–10 business days. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track your return using the tracking number provided when you shipped it. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note: it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 5 business days at support@nouramodest.com and include photos of the damage. We will review your request and provide the best solution.
WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Worn or damaged items not previously reported to our customer service team (these will be refused and destroyed)
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: We are not responsible for any customs fees (such as duties or VAT) on returned items. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. Always keep a shipping receipt or tracking number. Without proof of return, we cannot assist with lost packages.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package cannot be delivered and is not returned to our official return address, it cannot be processed by us. Please note that the shipping address is not a return address. Packages sent there will be destroyed by the carrier and unfortunately cannot be refunded.
A refund is only possible once the return has been correctly received at our official return address.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Once you notify us of your intent to return, we immediately begin the processing steps to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
After your return arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 business days. You can use your tracking number to see when the package has been delivered. From that moment, the 10-business-day processing time begins. Once your refund is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
